Dr. Beatrice Ambauen is a Swiss Obstetrician and Gynecologist who is working at LAMB Hospital in Bangladesh since 2010. Besides training O&G doctors and midwives, she has taken over the responsibility for the LAMB fistula project, learned basic fistula surgery herself and helped train up a team of local fistula surgeons. Along with her team she is also involved in advocacy work to prevent surgical fistula and reduce CS-rates.
